Returns & Exchanges Policy
We hope you love what you ordered. But in case you don't, our policy lasts 15 days. To return your items please go to Returns Center, our interactive returns process where you can get a prepaid USPS label.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you are able to return your items within 15 days from the delivery date. The 15 days are for us to receive the merchandise, not to make the return request. If 15 days have gone unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange.
One (1) prepaid USPS label shall be provided free of charge for each order.
If you paid for the shipment, the shipping costs are not refundable.
We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages you ship back to us, please be sure to get the tracking number and the delivery confirmation of all returns.
Returns conditions: any items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in the original selling condition, with tags attached and with the original packaging. Returns that are soiled or altered not will be accepted and be sent back to the customer.
Sale items and jewelry cannot be refunded or changed, these purchases are final. As, per Puerto Rico Health Dept. statutes, for hygiene reasons, jewelry cannot be returned.
STORE CREDIT AND REFUND POLICY
We do not issue refunds, a store credit will be issued via E-Gift Card within 3 business days from reception of your return at our warehouses. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy, all returned items will be inspected prior to issuing a store credit.
We only replace items if they are defective. If you would prefer another style, you can request a store credit and place another order.
